Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to make sure your order is shipped as soon as possible.  In the event that there is an issue with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.  We do ship to PO Boxes & APO addresses as well as worldwide.  If there is another shipping option that may be faster and more cost efficient, we will let you know and refund the difference in shipping cost to you.  We do not want to have our customers pay more than they have to for shipping costs.  We offer free priority shipping on all domestic orders $45 and higher as well.  If there are any special instructions with the shipping & delivery of your order, please contact us!
Privacy & Security
When you purchase a product from us, we request certain personal information from you such as name, email, shipping address, and credit card number on our order form. We use this information only for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we experience any trouble in processing your order, we will use this information to contact you. We will also use the contact information you provide to communicate with you in response to any inquiries you may have.

We make every effort to secure the personal information you submit on this website. When you enter sensitive information such as credit card number on our order forms, that information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information you submit to us during transmission and once we receive it. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security, we always use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day return & exchange policy.  The item may be returned as long as it has not been used or worn.  If it is obvious that the item was worn (i.e. deodorant marks, pulls in fabric, missing buttons etc) the item will NOT be accepted for a refund of any sort.  Please do not send back and item that you have already used, it will not be accepted.  We offer free size exchanges in the same style within 30 days of the receipt of the item.  We cover the shipping costs back to you for domestic orders only.  We do ask that you check with us first before sending an item back for an exchange so that we can ensure that we have the size that you need, or if we need to special order it.  In some circumstances, on last of stock orders, there may not be any left in stock and we may not be able to do an exchange.
Certain items have a shorter return period, including swimwear, intimate apparel & hair accessories/hats.  These items must be in brand new condition and must not have been used/worn & still have the tags still on the item.  We offer a 14 day return for these items (the 14 day return period starts after receipt of the order)  Please if you have used or worn one of these items, please do not send it back to us for a refund as it will not be accepted for a refund.  All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.

If you need to order in bulk (i.e. for a wedding or school musical) please contact us for bulk pricing.
International Orders: 
We ship worldwide and make every effort to make sure there are no delays in those shipments.  It's important for our international customers to understand that they are responsible for any VAT/customs fees for their orders, we do not cover any of those fees that are incurred.  The taxes vary from country to country.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal.  If you would like to do a wire transfer for international orders, please contact us for more information.  Before we can ship an order, payment needs to clear first.  If there is any issue, we will contact you right away to let you know.  We routinely run promotions on our already discounted prices.  Most times, we will display promotional codes on our site and will also send out newsletters witih special offers & promotions.  Current promotions can not be used on previously purchased items as well.
